Our cosy Devon hamlet nestled in the rolling hills of Mid Devon.
Penstone is a peaceful hamlet of 22 houses situated in the stunning Devon countryside, just 4½ miles west of Crediton and 12½ miles from Exeter. Our community centres around the picturesque Penstone Glade, a beautiful community space adjacent to the River Yeo where neighbours come together for various events throughout the year.
Penstone sits at a historic railway junction where the Exeter-Barnstaple and Exeter-Okehampton lines diverge. Our hamlet is built on south-facing slopes with spectacular views towards Colebrooke and Dartmoor.
Nearest stations: Yeoford (1.1 miles) and Copplestone (1.8 miles)
